HomeMy WebLinkAboutREP PEDLC 010 05/29/1969 1969-1972 ® • PLANNING, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE REPORT NO 10 • Councilmen • County of Hawaii Hilo, Hawaii The following are the recommendations of the Planning, Economic Development and Legislative Committee which were considered at its meeting of May 29, 1969: COMMUN ICAT IONS , ten, No . 198.1: Anthony Paul, Chief of Police Transmits an in-depth categorized report of crime incidents occurring in public parks reported to the police during the period of January, 1967, to April, 1969. Informs that a further study will be made for introduction of amendments to the vagrancy law at the 1970 session of the State Legislature. TMK: 7-8-13 & 7-8-10 - Submits an amendment to the zoning ordinance of 22.727 acres of land presently zoned Resort V-.75 to Resort VH-.75 owned by B. P. Bishop Estate which would allow 7-story limit: Recommends approval of the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. Request the Corporation Counsel to prepare the proposed bill for an ordinance.
