The following recommendation of the Planning, Economic
Development and Legislative Committee was verbally presented to
the Council for adoption on September 16, 1970:
ORDINANCE
Bill 730: Amends Ordinance No . 63 (Zoning Ordinance) to reduce
the height limits in Kailua-Kona, Kea-1111°u Bay and
Kahaluu Bay:
Recommend the passage of Bill
No . 730 on first reading with
the following amendment : -
Delete
mendment :Delete "Keauhou Bay and
Kahaluu Bay" from Section I,
line 3 and all other refer-
ences thereto and refer to
the Corporation Counsel for
proper wording.
