April 1, 1971: Comm. 934.3: BEUHOU SCHOOL SITE FOR A PLAYGROUND FACILITY (C-934.2/PEDLC-48) Dr. Fujio Matsuda, Director, State Department of Transportation advises that their department will relinquish its prior claim. on the Keauhou School site, which is under their jurisdiction under Governor' s Executive Order No. 2261 and requests the Council to submit a formal application to the Board of Land and Natural Resources requesting the set-aside of this property to the County of Hawaii for playground purposes by executive order. E&c Comm. 1251.1_: LOITERING AROUND SCHOOL -PREMISES ( 12,51/PEDLC-49) Council Chairman submits a letter from Police Chief Fergerstrom in reply to the matter of, loitering: around school premises, recommending that a- "no parking" zone be established on the Puna side of -Puainako Street , ' between' Lokahi Circle and Kanoelani Street. SMART/BOISE CASCADE RECREATION COMMUNITIES - REZONING REQUEST Planning Commission transmits for approval proposed Bill 781 to change the district classification from Open to Resort-Hotel, Multiple Family Residential and Village Commercial in Anaehoomalu, South Kohala: Approve and recommend adoption of Bill 781 on first reading. i&' Comm. 1293: RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ACT 105 HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY Bill Cook, Special Assistant on Housing, transmits for adoption, the rules and regulations for Act 105, SLH 1970, and a copy of a model resolution approving same: Approve and recommend adoption of the rules and regulations for Act 105 and Resolution No. 342.
