Requests concurrence of the recommendation: Concur with the recommendation. COMM. 1641: SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM (`Rec. 1/PEDLC-59) From Dr. Walter E. Batchelder, District Health Officer, dated September 29, 1971, submitting information on the Department of Health' s requirements on toilets: Receive and file. /-ec. COMM. 1642: REZONING REQUEST - BERN ICE P. BISHOP ESTATE KAHALUU, NORTH KONA (TMK: 7-8-14:6, 74, & 81-84) From Planning Commission Chairman, dated September 30, 1971, submitting for adoption, Bill No. 826, to change the district classification from Resort-Hotel - 1,250 sq. ft. zone (V-1.25) to Single-Family Residential - 7,500 sq. ft. zone (RS-7.5) in Kahaluu, North Kona: Approve and recommend passage of Bill 826 on first reading.
