" Receive and file. 4;) - � COMM. 1665: DYING OH IA RESEARCH tty From Governor Burns dated October 14, 1971, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 401 regarding the allotment of funds to conduct the, dying ohia research. Informs that no funds will be committed for expansion of this or other programs until it is deemed that their fiscal condition has returned to normal: Receive and file. (Opposed: Mr. Edwards and Mr. Greenwell) -COMM. 1669: STREET NAME FOR AN ACCESS ROAD IN WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS HOUSE LOTS, WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO (MIK: 2-2-46:4) From Planning Commission dated October 18, 1971, trans- mitting for adoption Resolution 418 to legally name the roadway "Kinai Street , " which means to quench, as fire and to put out, as a light.
