COMM. 1638: HAWAII PUBLIC EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

1971, submitting "A Guide to Hawaii Public Employee
Collective Bargaining, " by Paul P. Tinning.
1638.1: From Director of Personnel Services dated November -3,
1971, submitting a brief report on collective
bargaining.

Zt-cCOMM. 1652.1: PROPOSED TARIFF INCREASES BY WESTERN MOTOR TARIFF
BUREAU, INC.
From Melvin S. Ishihara, Transportation Administrator,
Public Utilities Commission, dated November 4, 1971,
informing that the Commission will place the County
of Hawaii on their mailing list concerning the pro-
posed increases (Docket No . 2039) . Requests that
the Commission be notified whether an appropriate
petition for intervention and participation in the
proceeding will be undertaken by the County of
Hawaii.
