Receive and file. C!PV 1704: MIL-KA-KO FISH CO-OP From Councilman Greenwell dated November 10, 1971, 0°* transmitting for disposition, information on the Mil-Ka-Ko Fish Co-op. Request the Western Regional and Washington Office of the Office of Economic Opportunity to investigate these serious charges and allegations plus the ones made by Mr. Alfredo Padayao before any more appropriations are made to Mil-Ka-Ko Fish Co-op. HILO From Planning Commission dated November 10, 1971, recommending the adoption of Resolution No. 429 to legally name the following streets for the Mohouli Subdivision: "A' api Place" - meaning curved "Hilinai Street" - meaning trust "Hoopuni Street" - meaning surround " Hoopuni Way" - " " ADOPTED: December 1, 1971 Report No... ..... Approve and recommend passage of Bill 833 on first reading. 44t- COMM. 1722: SISTER CITY RETAT IONSHIP .- ISLAND OF MADEIRA, PORTUGAL From Councilman De Luz dated November 12, 1971, requesting the County Council to seriously consider the initiation of a sister city relationship between the Island of Madeira, Portugal, and the County of Hawaii.
