State Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs, dated
March 24, 1972, transmitting a resolution calling for
the preservation of Ka Lae, South Point, and creation
of a State natural historical park. The resolution
was adopted unanimously at their 14th Annual Conven-
tion in Honolulu on February 12.
