The following is the recommendation of the Planning, Economic
Development and Legislative Committee which was considered at its meeting of
July 20, 1972:
Comm. 2058: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO PLACE GOODS , WARES OR
MERCHANDISE ON PUBLIC SIDEWALK
From Japanese Chamber of Commerce dated July 14, 1972,
i,�� requesting a permit to conduct a sidewalk sale on July 21
and 22, 1972, between the hours of 8: 00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

requesting a permit to conduct a sidewalk sale on July 21

for their Eleventh Annual International Festival of the
Pacific in Hilo. Attaches the consent and approval
in writing of the owner(s) or lessee(s) of the land
directly abutting the sidewalk area desired to be used
for the sidewalk sale.
