Receive and file; and thank writer for his interest and concern. 4,, e _ No. 303: LIGHTS - HAKALAU BALL PARK & TENNIS COURT From Jack Y. Ouye, President, Hakalau Recreational Council, informing that they have received a letter from Governor Burns saying that the lights for the Hakalau Park will be let out on bid soon. While the County is working on this project, requests that consideration be given for lights at the tennis court and adjoining the baseball park and that a new grandstand building be constructed to replace the old one. Inform writer that the Public Works Department is finalizing the plans and specifications for the Hakalau Park lights and will be put out to bid soon. Writer also be informed that the lights for the tennis court and adjoining ball park area and construction of a new grandstand will be considered in future capital improvement programs for Hakalau Park.
