North Hilo Community Council, to Parks & Recreation
Director Robert Fukuda, dated August 9, 1973,
requesting a status report of the contract between
Laupahoehoe Sugar Company and the County of Hawaii
for the Papaaloa Recreational Complex.

"No. 411: HAWAIIAN BEACHES & PARKS SUBDIVISION - PARK SITE
From Judy Bargamento, Chairman of the Hawaiian Beaches
Parks & Recreation Committee, dated August 9, 1973,
offering a letter of intent to encourage the County
to provide facilities on the 11-acre park site which
has been deeded to and accepted by the County.
