The following are the recommendations of the Recreation Committee
which were considered at its meeting of September 5, 1973:
COMMUNICATIONS
L° - No. 346. 2 : PAHOEHOE BEACH PARK
(Res. 114) from Katsuya Yamada, Law Clerk, dated August 28, 1973,
transmitting a resolution, as requested, naming the
park next to Magic Sands Park, presently known as Lot
26, Pahoehoe Beach Park.
Approve and recommend adoption
of Resolution 114.
'No. 411.2: PARK SITE-HAWAIIAN PARKS & HAWAIIAN BEACHES SUBDIVISION
Prom Council Chairman Yamada dated 'August 24, 1973,
transmitting the request of Hui Kahakai for favorable
consideration in providing funds for the development
of facilities for a park.
C- 411.3: From Council Chairman Yamada dated August 24, 1973,
transmitting the request of the Parks Committee of
Hui Kahakai that high priority be given for the planning,
implementing and development of a park for their commu-
nity.
Receive and file; and inform the
Hui Kahakai that the Council supports
the development of a park for the area.
