The following is the recommendation of the Recreation Committee
which was considered at its meeting of November 13, 1973 :
COMMUNICATION
iio . 553 : HILO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENT
From Stanley A. Nakamae, Director of Finance, dated
October 26, 1973, advising that $70,000 out of the
$100,000 appropriation for Hilo Municipal Golf Course
Improvement project authorized by Ordinance 475 will
be used to construct and improve golf cart paths, and
the remaining amount will be used for the fairway
toilet facility:
