Wilhelm, District Manager, Hawaii Visitors Bureau, dated April 10, 1975, commending the Council for its action on April 9 in opposing the recommendations of the Environmental Council on the sand replenishment and monitoring program at Kaimu Beach. Receive and file. No. 1009.8: LAUPAHOEHOE POINT - COAST GUARD STATION (RES. 354) From U. S. Representative Patsy T. Mink submitting for information a reply received from the U. S. Coast Guard dated March 20, 197. 5 regarding an interim permit for use of a parcel of land at the Coast Guard' s Laupahoehoe Point Light State Site, 1009®9: From W. L. Morrison, Rear Admiral, USCG, Commander, 14th Coast Guard District, dated April 9, 1975, advising that they cannot provide any outgrants, permits or licenses , for property planned to be designated as excess. This precludes providing the County with even a temporary permit to develop the Laupahoehoe Point property. Receive and file.
