Nakasato dated April 28, 1975, recommending adoption of the resolution and authorization to the Council Chairman, the Mayor and Director of Parks & Recreation to sign the "Certificate of Dedication, " certifying that the cemetery expansion will be used exclusively for cemetery purposes. These are requirements that must be met, pursuant to Section 441-2, HRS, before the County can utilize the expansion for cemetery purposes : Approve and recommend adoption of Resolution 385 . /101E- No . 1147 .3 : HAWAII 2000, INC . From Trudi Zelko, Acting President, Hawaii 2000, Inc . , dated April 17, 1975, requesting County assistance in the sum of 54, 000, as detailed in their budget, for administrative expenses to carry out their projected programs: Refer to the 1975-76 budget for consideration. 1[o . 1190.2: OFFER OF LAND - ALICE JOSEPH MORIWAKE Copy of letter from Mayor Matayoshi dated April 10, 1975, to Ms. Alice Joseph Moriwake informing that after a thorough study by the Departments of Parks & Recreation and Planning, they have recommended against the County's acquiring the .076-acre parcel in Kona: Receive and file . No. 1259 : PURCHASE OF SEVEN SEAS BUILDING - BANK OF HAWAII VS . SEVEN SEAS, INC . From Clifford H. F. Lum, Corporation Counsel, dated April 15, 1975, requesting authorization to acquire the Seven Seas buildings and to appropriate adequate funds to complete the acquisition. Informs that the administration is of the opinion that this acquisition would enhance the Hoolulu complex immensely and could be used for parks and recreational purposes plus office space which is sorely needed at this time: Approve request and refer to Director of Finance for funding.
