Nakamae dated September 29 , 1975 , submitting for adoption a resolution which obligates the County to provide necessary funds in future years, as required by Section 10-11 of the County Charter. This is in preparation for award of a three-year bus contract with County option to extend for two one-year periods. Approve and recommend adoption of Resolution 463. • �No. 975.10: KUA BAY Copy of letter to Mayor Matayoshi from Councilman Kawahara dated October 2, 1975 , regarding the County' s request to the State Board of Land & Natural Resources for 50 acres at Kua Bay, North Kona, for development of a park. Mink dated September 19 , 1975 , submitting for information the report of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs on the bill (S.662) to amend the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 to strengthen transportation assistance to areas other than urbanized areas, and provide transportation assistance to meet the needs of elderly and handicapped persons.
