From Congresswoman Patsy T. Mink submitting copy of
letter to Kenneth M. Duberstein, Director, Congressional
Affairs, General Services Administration, dated
November 7 , 1975 , urging expeditious disposal of the
Coast Guard property to the County of Hawaii for parks
purposes.

No. 1423 : RULE 4 - RULES RELATING TO THE HOOLULU PARK COMPLEX
From Parks and Recreation Director Milton T. Hakoda
• dated July 1 , 1975 transmitting for. approval,
Rule 4 - Rules Relating to the Hoolulu Park Complex.
1423. 1 : From the Lehua Jaycees dated August 13 , 1975 informing
their organization presented recommended changes to
the Parks & Recreations Proposed Rules Relating to
the Hoolulu Park Complex, however, changes were not
incorporated requests consideration of their recommended
changes, however, should it not be acceptable, proposes
for consideration two alternative changes.

ORDINANCE
Bill No. 173 : AMENDMENTS TO TRAFFIC CODE (C-1428/RTC-50)
Amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Article 15 , Section 8,
(No Parking Zones) , Hawaii County Code, as amended,
establishing no-parking zone along the makai/Kau side
of Kahakai Road in North Kona.

Establish no-parking zone on
both sides of Kahakai Road and
recommend adoption of Bill 173 ,
as amended, on second and final
reading.
