No. 556. 17: HILO BAY STUDY_
From U. �S. Representative Spark Matsunaga dated
February 18, 1976, informing that the House Public Works
Transportation Committee' s Chief Counsel has made the
determination that legislation is necessary to authorize
a comprehensive urban study by the Corps Of Engineers of
the Hilo Bay area, and advises that he will inform of
. developments with respect to further Committee considera-
tion of the proposed legislation.

. No. 1 : POLICE STATION BUILDING ON KALAKAUA STREET

utilizing the former police station building on
Kalakaua Street as an art and cultural facility, and
