/No. 1928: ' TRAFFICPROBLEM - KILAUEA AVENUE
From Mrs. Peter W. Lipman dated June 24, 1976 requesting
the Council to alleviate a very annoying traffic problem
now being caused by allowing parking during the day for
about six parking spaces on Kilauea Avenue at Mohouli in

coming out of Hilo on Kilauea must now switch lanes at
least once, and sometimes twice, so as not to end up in .
the left turn only lane at :the intersection of Kilauea and

that intersection during the day warrants removal of those
parking meters.
