Committee which were considered at its meeting of April 18, 1973 :
COMMUNICATIONS
,&c. ( - No . 29.1: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PLUMBING CODE
From Edward Harada, Chief Engineer, dated March 28,
1973, submitting for adoption Bill 983 to reinstate
in the Plumbing Code the use of Homogeneous
Bituminized Fiber Drain and Sewer Pipe and to set
up certain conditions under which these pipes can
be used. The amendment is the fulfillment of
Resolution 16 which was sent to HUD:
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 983 on first reading.
54.3 : REPORT ON 100% PETITION FOR CREATION OF IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT, WILDER ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, KAUMANA (C-54.2/PWC-7)
From Edward Harada, Chief Engineer, dated April 10,
1973, recommending that his report be adopted and
ratified as made, and that the improvement district
be created, defined and established pursuant to
Section 3 .5 of Ordinance 350:
Approve and recommend adoption of
Resolution 54.
