Only four out of the fourteen property owners returned the forms . A follow-up request was made to the remaining property owners on January 1$, 1973 , with one owner responding for an improvement district . To this date, the remaining nine property owners have not responded to their poll request . 410 S PWC-9 - 4 - May 2, 1973 No. 243 Due to the lack of interest by the remaining (cont . ) property owners, recommends that the improvement district proposed for the subject road be dropped and this file be closed : Accept recommendation of the Chief Engineer that the proposed improve- ment district be dropped and the file closed . 4(c, No . 244: KONA HIGHLANDS, SECTION C WATER AND ROAD DEDICATION From Clifford H . No . 270: PAHOA HIGH SCHOOL PLAYGROUND From Harry C . Chuck, District Superintendent, Hawaii District, Department of Education, dated April 23 , 1973, requesting the County to make the necessary improvement to the Pahoa High School playground in order to afford the youngsters a more adequate base- ball diamond for the Little League .
