1973 , submitting for adoption Bill 993 providing '
for the cost of :improvements in the subject project
and fixing the portions of cost to be assessed
against the benefited properties.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 993 on first reading.

AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

1973 , submitting for adoption Bill 984 prescribing
the powers , duties and functions of the Department
of Public Works. This is in accordance with
Section 6-2. 3 of the County Charter.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 984 on first reading.
