1973, informing that no bids were received on June 7,
and requests that the Department of Public Works be
authorized to call for bids on July 19, 1973.• Upon
Council authorization bid advertisement can be set
for twice each week during the weeks of June 24 and
July 1, 1973, in accordance with Ordinance No. 350:

June 4, 1973, recommending acceptance of the Grant
of Easement for the Kona Heights Subdivision. A
copy of the Department of Water Supply's letter is
attached for information.

RECOMMENDATION

Recommend the adoption of Bill No. 1, Hawaii County
