Committee which were considered at its meeting of June 27, 1973 :

From Clifford H. F. Lum, Corporation Counsel,
dated June 15, 1973, recommending acceptance
of the dedication deed for the necessary land
for the widening of Alii Drive. A letter from
the ,Public Works Department on the matter is
attached :
Accept the dedication deed.
Le-C - 344: ABANDONMENT RESOLUTION & QUITCLAIM DEED FOR A
PORTION OF OLD VOLCANO ROAD, PUNA (TMK: 1-7-11)
From Edward Harada, Chief Engineer, dated
June 20, 1973, submitting the quitclaim deed
and an abandonment resolution for the subject
road . Informs that the documents have been
reviewed and approved by the Corporation
Counsel's office and are submitted for
consideration, approval and authorization for
execution of the deed by the Mayor:
Approve and recommend adoption
of Resolution $2 to abandon the
road remnant ; and grant authori-
zation to the Mayor to execute
the quitclaim deed.
(Mr. Fujii declared a conflict
of interest and abstained from
voting. )

STANDARDS FOR HAWAII - PUBLIC LAW 92-500

Resolution requesting Hawaii's Congressional
delegation and the Hawaii State Association of
Counties to ask the Environmental Protection
Agency to allow Hawaii to provide variable
secondary treatment facilities from those that
may be required in other states under the
Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments
of 1972 (P.L. 92-500) :
