out the disgraceful condition of the Kailua-Keauhou
Middle Road :
Request administration consider

From Mary W. Earl, Civics Chairman, Hilo. Womants Club,
dated April 11, 1974, urging that bikeways for Hawaii
County be made a priority at this time:

April 9, 1974, submitting for approval and acceptance
a deed from George H. Sakamoto and Hiromu Yamanaka, the
general partners of Waiakea -Associates, a limited partner-
ship, dedicating the roadways and water system in the
Machado Acres Subdivision, Unit I. Transmits approvals
of the Departments of Public Works and Water Supply:
