Committee which were considered at its meeting of February 10, 1976:

N. 1137.3: AMENDMENT TO BUILDING CODE •
(Bill 210) From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated January 27, 1976,
submitting for consideration and adoption proposed
amendments to the Building Code.

Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 210 on first reading.

• o. 1483.4: SPAY-NEUTER PROGRAM (M-72)
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated January 29, -1976,
submitting for information a copy of letter sent to
Mr. John Farias, Jr. , Chairman of the Board of •
Agriculture, requesting his assistance in releasing
funds for the spay-neuter program; also a copy of the
• September 30, 1975, letter from Mrs. Myron B. Thompson,
Executive Director, Hawaiian Humane Society, to
Mr. Ronald Bachman, President, Hawaii Island Humane
Society.

466_ No. 1723: AHUALANI SUBDIVISION - ROADWAY DEDICATION
From Corporation Counsel Clifford H.F. Lum dated
January 23, 1976, submitting for acceptance the Dedication
of Roadway deed for the roadway within the Ahualani
Subdivision. Informs that the Department of Public
Works has advised that the. description of the roadway
has been checked and constructed according to County
of Hawaii standards, and the subdivision has received
recordation approval from the Planning Department.
Accept roadway dedication deed.

RESOLUTION
Res. 528: AMENDMENT TO SALARY ORDINANCE
Amends the Salary Ordinance for the Department of
Water Supply, Field Division and Treatment and
Pumping Division.
Approve and recommend adoption.
ORDINANCE
Bill 208: AMENDMENT TO CIP BUDGET
Amends Ordinance 128 relating to public improvements
and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1975,
to June 30, 1976, by adding $50,000 to Paving of
Kapehu Homestead Road (starting by Kapehu Plantation
Camp) .
