44;0- No. 1726: AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 304
(Bill 212) IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 - KISHI SUBDIVISION
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated February 3 , 1976,
submitting for consideration and adoption a proposed
bill amending Ordinance 304 (adopted February 18, 1970)
relative to the Preliminary Assessment Roll submitted
under Assessment Report dated November 20, 1969 to
prorate the assessment charges for the five-lot
subdivision of the property owned by Torao Watanabe and
wife, Aiko.
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 212 on first reading.
'No. 1733: R FLECTORIZED PAVEMENT MARKERS ON COUNTY ROADS

From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated February 13 , 1976,
informing that the Department of Public Works is
embarking on a program to have reflectorized pavement
markers installed on all major County highways and
reports on the present status of the program.

RESOLUTION
Res, 549: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
Amends the salary ordinance for the Department of Public
Works , Bureau of Plans and Surveys , and South Hilo,
Bureau of Road Construction and Maintenance; Department
of Water Supply, Engineering Division; and Hawaii Civil
Defense Agency.
Approve and recommend adoption.
