From State Director of Transportation E. Alvey Wright
dated August 4, 1976, informing that a corridor
public hearing for the subject will be held in the
Hotel King Kamehameha, Elua Room, Kailua-Kona, at
7 :30 p.m. on September 15, 1976 and requests parti-
cipation to discuss the project.

submitting highlights of SWERT report.

- Watershed project and urges as many people and organi-
zations to write personally to the congressional team

UNIT II
From Assistant Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated July 29, 1976, transmitting for acceptance the
Dedication of Roadway Deed for the roadway within
the subject subdivision. Advises the Department of
Public Works has checked the description of the
roadway and found it to be acceptable for dedication;
also that the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards.
Accept roadway dedication deed.
C - No. 1975 : WAIOHINU FLOOD CONTROL - TRANSFER FUNDS
(Res. 627) From Finance Director Stanley, A. Nakamae dated
July 29, 1976, requesting favorable consideration
to transfer $113, 726. 18 to supplement funds for
Waiohinu Flood Control construction work; construction
cost plus estimated land acquisition cost and project
contingency will require funds totalling $270,000,
available funds total $156, 273. 82.
Approve and recommend adoption
of Resolution 627.

From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated August 11, 1976,
recommending 25 mph speed limit for Kukui Camp Road
in Mt. View.

proper amendment to the traffic code.
