The following are the recommendations of the Public Works Committee
which were considered at its meeting of September 9, 1976.
COMMUNICATIONS
No. 1727. 2: WAILUKU-ALENAIO WATERSHED PROJECT
Copy of letter to U. S. Senator Hiram Fong from
Mayor Matayoshi dated August 16, 1976, informing
that he is in full support of the. Wailuku-Alenaio
Public Law 566 Watershed Project described in the
approved work plan and asks support toward earliest
consideration for approval of the funding for con-
struction.

4-ccA- No. 1979 : DEDICATION DEED - KAHALANI ESTATES, UNIT I
From Corporation:Counsel Clifford H. F. Lum dated
August 16, 1976 transmitting for acceptance, a Dedi-
cation of Roadway Deed for the roadway within the
Kahalani Estates, Unit I subdivision. Advises the
deed has been reviewed by the Planning Department
and it has no objections to the acceptance of the
right-of-way.
Accept roadway dedication deed.
