From Council Chairman Robert M. Yamada dated March 11,
1974, referring to the Committees for consideration,
appointments and reappointments submitted by the Mayor:
The Committee recommends confirmation
of appointments to the Civil Service
Commission and County Pension Board .
RESOLUTIONS
No. 1$7: TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Transfers $7737.24 from various road improvement
projects to C-33304, Kaapahu/Kalopa Road No . D-5
Improvement, 531,657 .24, and to C-33327, Hamakua Road
Improvement (Ahualoa Quarry Road ) , $15,000:

The Committee is in accord with the
intent and purpose of Resolution 1$7
and recommends its adoption.
No . 1$9 : TRANSFER OF FUNDS
(C-745 ) Transfers 543,000 from the Kona Sewer System Phase III
to Dog Pound Facility ($36,000) and Improvements to
County Jail (87,000) :

The Committee is in accord with the

and recommends its adoption.
The purpose of the resolution is to
transfer required funds in order that
