The following are the recommendations of the Finance Committee
which where considered at its meeting of August 13, 1974:
COMMUNICATIONS
�No. 548. 2: SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
(Bill 62) From Stanley A. Nakamae, Director of Finance, dated
July 22, 1974, submitting for consideration a bill
authorizing the sale of $5 million in general
obligation bonds or bond anticipation notes. Proceeds
from this sale will be used to finance various projects
that were approved in the capital budget for this
fiscal year and capital budget of previous years.
A- C - 548. 3: From Stanley A. Nakamae, Director of Finance, dated
August 13, 1974, submitting for consideration an
amended bill, (1) allowing the issuance and sale of
$5 million general obligation bonds at one time or
partially from time to time during the current
fiscal year. (2) Fixing the amount of proceeds to
be applied to any particular capital budget ordinance
and (3) Adding a covenant to comply with the arbitrage
regulations,

final reading.
