under Title II of the Comprehensive Employment and
Training Act of 1973 :

RENOVATION OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE & SERVICE EQUIPMENT

1974, recommending that the old and dilapidated elec-
trical system be corrected and that the existing elec-
trical room be abandoned with the new service equipment
located on the east wall of the administration building

sum of $15,000 be provided for this work as soon as
possible to alleviate the existing hazardous conditions:

November 6, 1974, submitting for consideration a bill
amending Ordinance 46 as follows :
a. Palani Road - increase appropriation by $220,000
b. Kua Bay Beach Park - increase appropriation by
8200,000
c . North Kohala Civic Center - delete project
entitled "North Kohala Recreational Facilities
Improvement" under the Department of Parks &
Recreation and transfer $50,000 to project under
Department of Public Works entitled "North
Kohala Civic Center":
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 91 on first reading.
