which were considered at its meeting of February 25, 1975:

County Civil Defense Agency, dated February 6, 1975,
submitting a capsulated summary of what has taken
place during the past four years together what is
planned for the future in the Punaluu beach area.

From Jim Nang, Chairman of Political Science at the
University of Hawaii at Hilo, dated February 10, 1975,
enclosing a copy of the proposed HCGIP for review and
support.
Support the program and
recommend inclusion in
the 1975-76 fiscal budget.
— No. 1177: KONA SWIMMING POOL
(Bill 106) From Finance Director Stanley A. Nakamae dated
January 22, 1975, informing of the bid results and
the necessity for the County to provide extra funds
in order to proceed with the project. Encloses an
ordinance bill appropriating an additional $415,000
($365,000 plus $50,000 contingency) and authorizing
additional general obligation bonds.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 106 on first reading.
