From Deputy Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
February 6, 1975, advising that claimants have rejected
offer of $500 to settle claim, therefore, offer to
settle is no longer of any force or affect and the
office will be defending the case in court .

From Council Member Andrew C. Levin dated February 24, 1975,
requesting the installation of a tidal wave alert siren
near the Waipio Overlook.

Civil Defense Agency, dated March 5, 1975, submitting
