Coats , General Manager, The Honolulu Symphony, from George Durham, Associate Professor of Music, University of Hawaii at Hilo, dated April 23, 1975, expressing some opinions on the various aspects of the visit of the symphony. Receive and file. No. 1133.2: AUDIT REPORT NO. 84 From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated April 28, 1975, submitting Audit Report No. 84 by the Internal Control Auditor as their first attempt in preparing the report recommended by Haskins & Sells that "the County develop a system for reporting the status of Federal grants and that periodic reports be distributed to the Finance Director, the Mayor and the County Council. April 28, 1975, submitting information requested by various members of the Finance Committee at the April 15th meeting regarding HELCO' s application before the State Public Utilities Commission for a rate increase. Axs- C.- No. 1285: DISPOSAL OF BUILDINGS BY PUBLIC AUCTION (Res. 389) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated April 18, 1975, submitting a resolution authorizing disposal of buildings by public auction as prescribed by Ordinance 69. The building located at Mt. View School and two buildings located at Kailua-Kona School have been declared surplus by the Department of Education. Approve and recommend adoption of Resolution 389, as amended. Greenwell dated May 1, 1975, support- ing the Police Department in its use of the helicopter. Receive and file; and transmit copy of communication to the Police Commission for their information. No. 1302: POLICE COMMISSION MEETING From Sunao Taketa, Chairman, Police Commission, dated May 6, 1975, requesting the sum of $358.80 be appro- priated for the five commissioners from Hawaii County to attend a one-day meeting of the police commissions of the various counties to be held in Honolulu. Approve request and recommend that police departmental funds or funds from other sources be used.
