The following are the recommendations of the Finance Committee
which were considered at its meeting of June 3, 1975 :
COMMUNICATIONS
No. 1237.2: RADIO MICROWAVE AND MOBILE RADIO NETWORK
(Bill 135 ) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
May 23, 1975, transmitting a bill for an ordinance to
amend the CIP ordinance to increase the amount
appropriated for the Radio Microwave and Mobile Radio
Network by $375, 000 from $35,000 to $410,000:
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 135 on first reading .
No . 12373 : From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated June 3, 1975
submitting supplemental report :
Authorize the Chief Engineer to negotiate
with Wismer and Becker for adjustment in
bid relative to the changes stated in
C-1237 .3 and grant conditional award to
Wismer and Becker pending final land right-
of-entry approval, LEAA approval and HELCO/
County Agreement .
