No. 944. 3: HONOLULU SYMPHONY - REQUEST FOR FUNDS
From Gordon T. Coats , General Manager, Honolulu Symphony
Society, dated March 7, 1975 requesting consideration
of a grant of- $10,000 for the 1975-76 season:

consideration.
-lko. 1086. 2: FIREFIGHTERS ' MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
From Director of Personnel Services Edward L. Silva
dated May 27, 1975, submitting for information and
files a copy of the Firefighters ' Memorandum of
Agreement executed on April 16, 1975.
Receive and file.
No. 1293: CLAIM - VIVIAN L. MAUDEN
From Vivian L. Mauden submitting a claim of $15. 60 for
repairs to her vehicle and $5.00 for time lost from
work due to damage. Informs that the accident occurred
on April 23 , 1975 when her car ran over a concealed
rock on the roadway in the County dump.
c!, C _ 1293.1: From Deputy Corporation Counsel Katsuya Yamada dated
June 2 , 1975, informing that after conducting the
investigation and reviewing the file it is their
opinion that the County,. of Hawaii is not liable for
the damages incurred by Vivian L. Mauden and, therefore,
recommends that the claim be denied.
Accept recommendation of the Corporation
Counsel and recommend that the claim
be denied.
