No. 1406: GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
(Bill 145) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
July 9, 1975 submitting an ordinance bill authorizing
the issuance and sale of $10,000,000 in general
obligation bonds and/or general obligation bond
anticipation notes for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1976.
/Cu- Gi„. 1406.1: From Director of Finance dated July 17, 1975 recom-
mending the attached amendment to Bill 145 which
provides for the printing of CUSIP (Committee for
Uniform Security Identification Procedures) identifi-
cation numbers on the bonds, and also the printing
of statement on bond insurance if original purchaser
of bonds should purchase such bond insurance and
desires such statement printed on the bonds.
Approve amendment and recommend
adoption of Bill 145, as amended,
on second and final reading.
'co. 1422: ASTA WORLD TRAVEL CONGRESS
From John G. Simpson, President, Hawaii Visitors Bureau,
dated July 2 , 1975 advising that county officials who
are interested in attending the World Travel Congress
to be held in Rio de Janeiro on October 26-November 1, 1975
may do so by becoming members of ASTA (American Society
of Travel Agents and asks that names of any Councilmen
interested in attending the meeting be submitted.

�err� No. 1429: SALARY ORDINANCE FOR 1975
(Bill 148) From Mayor Matayoshi dated July 15, 1975 submitting
the Salary Ordinance for the various departments of
the County of Hawaii, in accordance with Section 3-14
of the County Charter. Interim amendments to the
ordinance will be sumbitted through resolution as
needs arise.

(Res. 443) From Director of Finance dated July 21, 1975 submitting
a resolution transferring remaining funds in Account
G8541, Provisions for Salary Increases, to accounts
in the General Fund that are in need of additional
funds.

of Resolution 443.
Cdr No. 1465: COST BENEFIT STUDIES
From Mrs. Lois Tyler dated July 23, 1975 submitting
cost-benefit analysis which she hopes will provide
information that will help to run the government on
a more financially sound basis.

/No. 1484: COMPUTER PROCESSING OF COUNTY PAYROLL AND PERSONNEL
(Res. 445) INFORMATION
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
August 1, 1975, informing that proposals for systems
development and computer processing of the County' s
payroll and personnel information system have been
received and it is desired that an 18-month processing
contract be executed. Submits a resolution authorizing
the contract which would cover the period from
January 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977.

of Resolution 445.
