September 5, 1975, filing a claim of $25, 000 on behalf
of his clients, Mr. & Mrs. Edward A . H. Wong for their
minor child, Kolen Wong, for injuries sustained on
July 16, 1975 while participating in the summer fun
program of the County of Hawaii at Waiakea gymnasium
when a County employee negligently permitted hot wax
to fall onto Kolen's body causing severe and disfiguring
burns to his left leg:
