The following are the recommendations of the Finance Committee which
were considered at its meeting of August 23, 1976.

No. 1711: CLAIM - DARRYL D. WILLIS
From W. D. Willis dated January 26, 1976, filing a
claim for payment of dental bills on behalf of his
son, Darryl D. Willis, who sustained a front tooth
injury when he was accidently hit by someone' s elbow
during a regular Parks and Recreation scheduled
basketball game in the Armory on July 29, 1975.

dated August 6, 1976, recommending, on the basis of
their investigation and research, that the claim be
denied.

�No. 1884: CLAIM ' JAMES H. GREEN
From James H. Green dated May 20, 1976, submitting a
claim of $245. 44 for damages to the windshield of his
1970 Toyota pickup truck. Incident occurred on
February 23, 1976 when he hit a bade chuckhole in
the road about three-fourths of a mile down the first
left-hand turn past the 11-mile marker on Highway 11
near Kurtistown.
