To whom it may concern,
I think there is a dire need for a life guard at Kua bay. I've witnessed so many accidents that could have been prevented.
The bay is busier since the road has been paved and it will continue to get busier.
It takes 15-20 min to get out of there and we could have already saved a life by having a guard.
