These areas may include bodies of water, land along highways, natural resources such as forests , prime and secondary agricultural lands , etc. Recommend Council oppose bill. .fit--Comm. 172 : _ AMFAC, INC. - REZONING From Ed C. Watt, Planning Commission Chairman, dated March 1, 1973 , recommending approval to rezoning request at Lanihau 1st, N. Kona. Approve and recommend passage of Bill 975 on first reading. Res. 40 : OFFICE OF ECONOMIC OPPORTTUNITIES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Requesting congressional delegation for Hawaii to do what it can to insure Federal subsidies to OEO development program which have been halted by the President of the United States.
