of April 4, 1973 :

COMMUNICATIONS
HB 814: DESIGNATION OF STATE CRITICAL AREAS
,, (Comm. 167) Provides for designation of state critical areas , . the
conservation and preservation of these areas . These
areas may include bodies of water, land along highways,
natural resources such as forests , prime and secondary
agricultural lands , etc.
Recommend Council oppose bill.
.fit--Comm. 172 : _ AMFAC, INC. - REZONING
From Ed C. Watt, Planning Commission Chairman, dated
March 1, 1973 , recommending approval to rezoning
request at Lanihau 1st, N. Kona.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 975 on first reading.

Congress to continue program.
