Suefuji, Planning Director, dated April 12, 1973, informing that they are currently reviewing this matter with all of the concerned agencies and will inform the PRD Committee as soon as an alternative has been developed. Comm. 194.2: STATUS OF KIOSKS IN KAILUA, KONA (C-194/PRDC-6) From Haruo Oda, Assistant Corporation Counsel, dated April 30, 1973, informing that they have filed suit in Third Circuit Court for an injunction, and after a hearing on April 19, 1973, the Court ordered that the booths be closed.
