September 18, 1973 :

Extension Service, dated August 29, 1973 , submitting
comments on coconut palms .
Receive and file and transmit
a copy of the circular, "Coconut
As An Ornamental" , to the Parks
and Recreation Department.
No. 452 : REZONING REQUEST - COUNTY OF HAWAII

Homesteads, 2nd Series, South Hilo.
Submits for adoption one of the following:
(1) Planning Commission' s Bill "A" to propose the
change in zone, subject to five conditions.
Condition No. 1 be: " . . .having roofs on 32 units
within the first increment to assure that a
minimum of 25 percent of the lots . . . "
or
(2) Planning Department's Bill "B" to propose the
change in zone, subject to five conditions.
Condition No. 1 be: ". . .having roofs on 51 units
within the first increment to assure that a
minimum of 40 percent of the lots . . . "
Recommend deletion of
condition (E) ; and approve
and recommend passage of
revised Bill 1019 "A" on
first reading.
