No. 551: ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECTS
From Mayor Shunichi Kimura dated October 29, 1973,
recommending that the Council act favorably on the
request of the Hawaii Housing Authority to waive the
payments in lieu of taxes for the three public housing
projects (Hilo, Puna, Kona) and authorize the Mayor
to execute an amendment to the Cooperation Agreement
to incorporate the waiver of payment.

RECOMMENDATION
Lf, f-c, No. 1: IDENTIFICATION OF PROPERTIES
Request the Corporation Counsel to check into the
legality of requiring home owners to put their
names and addresses on mailboxes or in front of
their properties for identification purposes.
