Kon, Administrator, Act 108, dated January 9,
1974, informing that he is receptive to the
change in house models from 4-bedroom units to
3-bedroom units on Lots No. 6, 9, 11, 18, 22,
and 28, provided the replotting of the new models
are acceptable.

From Raymond H. Suefuji, Planning Director, dated
December 6, 1973, submitting background information
on Motion 22 relative to the road alignment.
Informs that should the Planning Commission approve
the variance request and upon final approval to the
subdivision, the County must file an abandonment
resolution and a quitclaim of interest to the State
of Hawaii for the abandoned segment of the roadway.
Thereafter, the adjacent owner, Mr. Stillman, can
negotiate with the State of Hawaii for acquisition
of the old roadway as permitted under statutory
provisions as provided.
