Suefuji, Planning Director, dated February 5, 1974, informing that the Planning Commission has scheduled the following public hearings on the proposed ordinance relating to dedication of land for parks and playgrounds : Friday, February 15 , 1974 at Yano Memorial Hall, Kona, at 7:00 p.m. and March 14, 1974 in Hilo. Approve and recommend adoption of Bill 24 on second and final reading. Inform writer that their concerns have been referred to the Office of Environmental Quality Control and the Department of Accounting and General Services and request that they recommend a more suitable site for the baseyard. 45,LA- No. 681: SUBDIVISION & ZONING AMENDMENTS From Arthur W.
