January 4, 1974, submitting for adoption Bill 24 to
change the district classification from Agricultural
(A-la) to a Single Family Residential (RS-10) zoned
district at Waiakea Homesteads, 2nd Series, Waiakea,
South Hilo.
Approve and recommend adoption
of Bill 24, as amended, on second
and final reading.
4 . ( No. 693 : ETHICS BOARD RULING - PLANNING COMMISSION
From Wattie Mae Hedemann, Realtor, dated February 19,
1974, informing that she prefers seeing knowledgeable
and informed people in their fields for all commissions
than having the Ethics Board eliminating people who
may be of service to the community.
