and Development Committee which were considered at its meeting of
June 25, 1974:

4.c.d No. 744.1: KONA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
From Kona Citizens Planning Council, Lea Lea Senior
Citizens , Mil-Ka-Ko Fish Co-op, Friends of the Earth, .
and Kona Conservation Group, dated April 10, 1974,
requesting the Council to pass a "Pause for Proper
Planning in Kona" ordinance and that the planning
firm of Donald Wolbrink & Associates insure a broad
spectrum of public input in developing the Kona
Community Development Plan.
744.2: From Raymond H. Suefuji, Planning Director, dated 1
June 6, 1974, commenting on the suggestions from five
Kona groups in developing the Kona Community Develop-
ment Plan.

e. No. 880: LIMITATION OF BUILDING HEIGHT - DOWNTOWN HILO
(Item 1) From Sanford M. Russell dated June 15, 1974, urging
consideration and support of his position on the height
limitation for Downtown Hilo. Feels that it should
be set at three or four stories instead of ten as
supported by the business community.
