✓ No. 116.5 : APPOINTEES TO KAILUA VILLAGE SPECIAL DISTRICT AND URBAN
DESIGN REVIEW COMMISSION (ORDINANCE 628)
From Mayor Bruce McCall dated October 18, 1974, submitting
for approval thirteen appointees to the Kailua Village
Special District and Urban -Design Review Commission and
asks consideration for an amendment expanding the Commission
to fourteen.
Recommend confirmation of
appointments to the Commission
and request the Corporation
Counsel tore are an amendment

to Ordinance 628 to expand the
membership to fourteen.

Presentation by Dorothy S . Hirowatari , North Hilo Community
Council Housing Committee, to the County Council at
Laupahoehoe on September 25 , 1974, regarding critical
housing problems and the need for master planning of their
area.

writer that $90,000 has been
included in the revised budget
for the Hamakua-North Hilo
Regional Plan.

1974, . referring for appropriate disposition Councilman
Kawahara' s concern regarding the extreme proliferation of
dog flies on this island.
