Recommend confirmation of appointments to the Commission and request the Corporation Counsel tore are an amendment P P to Ordinance 628 to expand the membership to fourteen. Approve and recommend passage of Bill 82 on first reading. No. 1002 : HOUSING PROBLEM AND MASTER PLANNING OF AREA Presentation by Dorothy S . Hirowatari , North Hilo Community Council Housing Committee, to the County Council at Laupahoehoe on September 25 , 1974, regarding critical housing problems and the need for master planning of their area. Receive and file; and inform writer that $90,000 has been included in the revised budget for the Hamakua-North Hilo Regional Plan. / No. 1013 : DOG FLIES From Council Chairman Robert M.
